Kites have a long history in Japan. The Kite Museum in Nihonbashi features kites from all over the country, China and other Asian countries.
The Kite Museum is also a good place to the kids as they have kite making facilities.
Take the Tozai line to Nihonbashi station. Entrance is 210 yen and they are open Monday to Saturday from 11 – 5.
