Capsule Hotels

Unique to Japan, capsule hotels are cheap hotels mostly for Japanese business men who have missed their last train home. The sleeping space is not larger than the size of a coffin, but can sometimes include a small TV. Not for the claustrophobic!

If you would like to experience a night in a capsule hotel, the Capsule Inn Akihabara accepts online bookings. You can stay for more than one night, but you still need to checkout each day at 10 AM. The Capsule Inn Akihabara accepts both men and women.
